Weeeeeell, it took me 2 years to reach this, I guess. Less if you think I first only signed up.. for some reason.. I think I thought that something didn't work without signing up. But anyways, today marks 2,000 pageviews. Which came by surprise, really. I was on 1,995 half an hour ago so I though I'd get 2,000.. well, in 5 days. Whoohoo! The New Year! As some might as well know, the major celebration in any Russian's year, is the New Year's. Well, so much for not really doing the Christmas thing. New Year's night lasts at least a week - 7th is Russian Christmas (old Russian Orthdox tradition) and some people don't sober up until after that. But screw the stereotypes, that's not all we do. We just party all night. And eat a LOT. Me, I might have to eat 3 times tonight, within 6 hours, with 3 sets of people. And of course everyone wants you to eat 'a bit more, or you'll be hungry'. Ah well. Me, I'm planning yo spend the actual 'beating kuranti' time at the Red Squar

Phew, finally I'll get rid of the sulking atention-whore entry! I've done a bit of cleaning up around the gallery, scrapped some stuff, so perhaps the photo collection left looks at least slighty more decent. It probably doesn't, but hell with that. Not much photography going on, nowadays. School ends at 2-3 and it gets dark outside at 4. And my camera's generally old and is pretty sucky with night shots. That's a shame, really. But at least we'll be reaching the milestone soon - after the 22nd December, when sun-up-time reaches the minumum of exactly 7 hours, the day'll start getting longer.
